This is Haverford cycle, in business for at least 23 years as when this image was taken. They were the famed maker of the Black Beauty bike, and also built motorcycles.
They also had their own line of equipment including a special kind of tire. It was white with a distinct blue stripe down the center. There were triangular lugs that created a suction cup like seal to the ground to keep you from slipping on oil and water. It's not known how well that actually worked, and considering they probably still had cobblestone and dirt roads, I can't imagine it helped much.
There was a story of how they once delivered 150 bikes at Christmas. This was before shipping companies mind you. They took a car, and strapped 17 bikes at a time all over every surface of the vehicle. They were able to do it in just a few days.
The cost of the bicycles were about $49, which in our money today, as of 2017 anyway, its about $700. They were a full service shop, they repaired the bikes as well.
If you look on the left, you'll see a sort of cable system. They took the money up to the second floor via a crank. The register is there, I guess it safer.
