I bet you did this when you were a kid, if not this then something similar. Gathering scrap parts where ever you could find them. Asking for wood or just taking it where ever you could find it. Then build a fort, a tree house, or in this case a soap box racer.
It probably had a bumpy ride, and considering this is the 5th version, it makes me shudder what the others looked like. As you can see it has the latest in technology when it comes to steering it. And the kid in the back without shoes, will be serving as the brakes. Why ruin good sneakers?
If they survive, the other kids may get a ride.

On the front is written "Stutz" a company that was an American producer of high-end sports and luxury cars back in the day...but can't read the bottom line. It doesn't say "Bearcat" which was their most famous edition.
