Original Title: Tool room of the National Cash Register Co.
Location: Dayton, OH
This is one of the factory floors in the National Cash Register company. Everything was hands on for every single part, and there were a lot of parts. The stations seem to be set up as a specialty job, focusing on a single part or assembly. Each station has its own tool sets.
For the colors, this was going to have a brown theme. I chose tan for the aprons, because I thought it could use a bit of color, white was to stark, and they were darker then most shirts, so I think it was tinted.
I chose a green shade for the vises, while red would have worked, I didn't want all the attention on that. The floor and the red ceiling cogs should carry the eye to the back. I did jump around on the color of the machines, as they never seem to match.
