Original Title: Testing bullet proof vest
Location: Washington, DC
Trust in a friend, that's really what this is. These two guys are the inventor of this particular bullet proof vest. They are also the salesmen of it as well. To prove how confident their device is, one of them stood about 10ft apart and shot at his chest. He didn't die, and he wasn't shot in the face.
It does make you wonder if they later invented the test dummy.
Editing wise, I made a tighter crop, removing some road and wires. I think the vests were a beige color, there was a model that Al Capone wore, which was blue with steal plates, but I think these were more neutral.
