This train is the J.H. Devereux, it was a 4-4-0 locomotive built for the military. Built in 1862, in Patterson, NJ, it was bought and assigned to the US Military Railroads Dept of Virginia designated with the #18.

The location is the Alexandria Station in Virginia which is a big round house.
