Accountants hard at work, it could be tax season, maybe they have to organize the books, in any case, they are very busy. Everything is done by hand using pencils and pens. You'll see no calculators or computers in this office, no siree, I bet they never even have heard of such a thing.
It seems there is a certain dress code to work here though. Women must wear floor length dresses. And men must be able to hold a pencil behind their ear, while rocking a big bushy mustache.
