I found it funny how only the adults were playing with these things, the newsies (one of them has a paper under his arm), only get to watch. One looks like he's crying a bit, and everyone looks a bit bored, maybe they just want to get the race started already.
This could be a summer event, but based on the length of that one guys jacket, and some of the heavier looking collars, I placed this in autumn. Plus I needed a light color to pull in the eyes.
