Colorized photo from 1941
Original title: In front of the movie theater

I've colorized a few versions of the Regal Theater, but each is slightly different because the image didn't present the details. In this case the booth is a little different then other versions I made. I wanted the booth to reflect what it looks like inside, which has a lot of color, and gold leaf. I believe the interior has a Moorish inspiration.
The showman, I tried him in a gray suit, blue, then back to tan again. I couldn't decide the best way to present him. Since he was just a guy in the crowd, and not a stage prop used to sell suits, I kept him in brown, since the children and the booth are technically the scene.
As for editing, I removed the arm on the left side, as I don't like floating body parts. Along with a light or two in the background that unbalanced the picture.
