In the heart of a snowy field, a snowman stood tall, arms made of twigs stretched up to the sky, his coal eyes gazing longingly at the stars. Every night, as snowflakes drifted around him, he would whisper a wish up to the North Star, hoping for a little taste of life. "Just one wiggle, one hop, one little snowball dance," he murmured. And one night, under the brightest full moon of winter, the North Star twinkled back with a touch of magic.
Suddenly, he felt it, a tingling in his snowy toes, a little wiggle in his stick arms. With a delighted shout, he kicked one snowy foot forward and then the other, and before he knew it, he was waddling through the field, leaving a trail of giggles in the snow. He twirled, he leaped, even tried a clumsy snowball cartwheel. The world was bigger and brighter than he'd ever imagined, and he danced until dawn, celebrating his magical night. As the first rays of morning crept over the horizon, he returned to his spot, settling back into place, coal eyes now sparkling with joy. His wish had come true, even if just for one enchanted night.
