Description
In Bethlehem, where shadows creep and twilight dims the sky,
A whisper lingers in the air, a haunting, ghostly sigh.
The cobblestones, like ancient bones, are cloaked in silken mist,
As darkened figures flit between the fog, like secrets long dismissed.
The stables moan with ghostly winds, their doors ajar and wide,
Echoes of a thousand dreams in twilight's velvet tide.
The stars above, sharp as daggers, pierce the stillness deep,
While shadows dance in muted tones, where dreams and nightmares sleep.
The chill that wraps around the town, a shroud both cold and thin,
Holds whispers of forgotten lore, where darkness has been kin.
And in the heart of silence lies a truth both bleak and stark,
For Bethlehem awaits the dawn, wrapped tightly in the dark.
Beneath the gaze of watchful stars, a flicker starts to bloom,
A flickering flame against the night, dispelling whispered gloom.
Yet in the air, a tension waits, a mystery entwined,
For Bethlehem, though still and quiet, harbors shadows in its mind.
