Location: Corner of E Main St and Church St, Amsterdam, NY
This is Amsterdam, NY. A small town that used to have many historic buildings in it. Over time, the buildings were taken down and replaced with vacant lots. Every block you visit, looks totally different in the past.
This block, on the left, is where the old White Tower hamburger stood. Alpha lunch, and a number of other places that are here in this image, are gone today. Even that church down the street, it used to be called the Second Presbyterian, but was later changed after it burned down in 2000. It was probably the last one to remain.
