This is what East Pratt street looked like in around 1906. It's hard to figure out the actual date, other than another image was taken at this time of this area that did have that date.

You see on February 8th 1904, a huge fire broke out and it spread over the entire town, it lasted for days, smoldering for weeks, ruined over a thousand businesses. But this area, was hit last, partly saved by firefighters using the water from the bay and dousing the area fighting back the fires. And they were successful for a little while. When the fire spread to the harbor right of this image, eventually parts of this street also were destroyed.
