Original title: Lake Shore Drive, Jackson Park

Location: 57th Street Beach, Jackson Park, Chicago, IL
Jackson Park was originally designed by Fredrick Law Olmstead and Calvert Vaux in 1871. Later it was remodeled in 1893 to serve as the site for the World's Columbian Exposition. It is one of the largest and most historical parks in the city.
In the background, the building was called the German building. It's located around where Science Drive is or there about. After the fair, the building served as a beach house for another 30 years, making it around the 1920's. The building was then renamed into the Liberty building, because German sounded like propaganda. Despite renaming it, it burned down. It was possible that it was on purpose, or it was just shoddily built.
