Almost all of these buildings are gone today, the only one still standing is that little white building at the end on the left (the Delaware building).
I found postcard of the area, quite a few of them actually, and each one had its own ideas of how to color it. So I favored both what I thought looked good, and which ever card seem to agree. The street car, I couldn't find the exact ones, but I found a few that were close, and the post cards agreed it was a yellow color.
I love the details they used to add on buildings, especially the stained glass, look at the little awnings on the left, the red ones, even that theatre had a sign made from it.
There is a weird little dog on the Democrat building, I don't know if they used it as a mascot, or if it was a symbol for the pub, or if it was simply a real dog covered in dolomite.
The building on the right is the old city hall building, they replaced it with what they have there now, just a few years after this was taken.
