If you are asking, did he really look for colors for every building? The answer is always yes, I looked for each one, numbering them as I went to keep track. There were only a handful of buildings that exists today. Some are hard to find because while they are tall in this picture, they aren't tall on a current map that has taller buildings.
A handful of buildings exist today, a few in the front, a few in the back, those churches, in some form or another I found the color. The rest were based off the buildings that exist today.
I still don't know the name of the little church. Large crowd, I know when it was built, taken down, what it was when it wasn't a church any more, but there is no record of its name. I have to wonder why there are so many loose bricks on the roof tops.
About Mike Savad

My name is Mike Savad, I create one of a kind images. Photo realistic, is what people think of first. I specialize in job themes, such as Pharmacist, Doctor, Firemen, Lawyer, etc. Steampunk is another favorite. I'm certain you will find something that you will like. My art is inspired by Norman Rockwell and Paintings from the time of the Renaissance. Be sure to visit my Scene in Color section. I expertly restore and colorize black and white images. See the past come alive with color. Each image is painstakingly cleaned and repaired, colors are researched and shaded in. Images are designed to coordinate with the rest of my collection. The past was far more colorful than you would have imagined. Want something fun to do? Sometimes I hide...
