Stoop life is easy to do, first you need a stoop. A stoop is a piece of property that you use to get into your house, usually connected to stairs. Then you need people to sit with, converse with, people you like and people you can stand. Then you sit on said stairs and talk to said friends and then, your doing it!
Stoop life was more popular in the past, before air conditioners were the norm. People would sit and stand around and just gossip the whole time. You really got to know the neighbors, which unlike now, you only know when the power is out, and you have to ask them - hey is your power out too?
