Location: 888 Bursum Rd, Mogollon, NM
This is Mogollon, New Mexico, a town that used to be the second largest gold mine around. It opened in the mid to late 1800's, but really started to decline in the 1940's, as the price of gold dropped, no one wanted to work in dusty quartz caves.
Here we see a local gas station/meat store/grocery. As you can see you have your choice of what brand gas you wanted. The town looks a bit run down, that's because everyone is leaving and there isn't a point in fixing it up.
Today that store is still there, the building anyway, I think its a wood shop now. That blank looking fill pump is also there, but as a decoration on the porch. The rusty shack, the houses all around, all of that is gone.
