I found out recently that they made panorama's of things, and I thought I'd try one. It probably won't be my last, but it may be a while before I try another one. Typically each scene image is as complicated as a city scene. Only this is made up of 3 images.
While all alone, each image could easily make a picture, I think its far more interesting to see it this way. As a whole. And there is a whole lot of detail. Many stories going on. If you have a good eye, you'll see coal being loaded by hand on that cruise ship. Another boat is being painted. There are people loading I beams by hand onto a truck with another waiting. People shoveling dirt and gravel into their wagons, etc.
I'm not sure if this place doubles as a lumber yard as well, but there are many building supplies. A ship has a load of cobblestone. There are piles of bricks, lumber, I-beams, dirt, gravel, etc.
I couldn't find any color references of this area, only the Baltic (the large cruise ship). The rest is an extrapolation of other ports in postcards. And they were bright, especially along the length of the building.
