This is Washington Street Market, or I should say was, because it doesn't seem to exist now. Why sell produce at night? I suppose it could hide defects in the goods your buying, but it's probably more like, this is the only time to shop. Scenic as it is, I'm sure the FDA would have a field day on this place.
