Architecture in the past was cool was it not? That building was called the Insurance building, probably because of all the insurance companies in it. But upstairs they had a Masonic Lodge, though I didn't know they used Onion domes, so there is probably a backstory that goes with that.
There were a few dim pictures so I made up the colors based on Russian domes of the same shape. And they were all over the map on colors. So I went with these to add pop, I would think they wanted it to stand out. The building exists today, but it smaller and had no domes. I couldn't find any info about it, like when they removed it or why. Though usually its because of a fire.
There are little details in this, its like a Where's Waldo? There is a dog in a doorway, that guy selling from the cart, is selling ice cream sandwiches and he was wearing gloves. You can see bored office workers looking out the window or looking bored in general. There is a mesmerizing amount of detail in this.
Other buildings that still exist is the Hotel Worthy, some of them down the street as well as that distant bridge.
