Original Title: Rupley building
Location: 208 S Main St, Victoria, Texas
This building is very old, built in 1850 or so, it was in bad shape when this was photographed. They took the picture of this building as an architectural survey, as they do right before they tear it down. Though I believe they tore this place down in the 1970's.
They gave a time range of 1933+. The license plates coloring suggests around 1931, but it could easily be 1940. The dress is casual, there are no suits, only one has a hat, so its probably later than earlier. I chose colors as if it was around 1935-40.
