This is Anybody's Grocer (that was the actual name), it was owned by Ernest L Carreriro, he came from the Azores for a new life in America. It was a small store, one of those country corner stores. They had a large assortment of branded canned goods, a deli counter, fresh veggies and fruits along with milk.
It stayed a grocery till about 1966, where he then turned it into a Cafe. Till 2013, it was known as Tips for Tops'n restaurant. The unusual name stood for "Tip of the Cape for Tops in Service", Tips was well known for its breakfast specials.
Later on, a new owner moved in, and kept it a restaurant called Liz's Cafe, which is what this is right now as of writing this.
