I was happy to see that the ground has pavers on it, so I was able to make those parts red, because all that green blends together (as it should, but photographically speaking it doesn't stand out well if it was cement. According to a movie I watched, they said they built it up to about this level, painted it then baked on the finish. According to other videos, the white over spray was just a feature on this model.
This is the Chrysler tank arsenal in Detroit. They designed this plant to make tanks, and did so from 1940 to 1996, government owned, but ran by Chrysler. The car company took over when the government pulled out and has been using that plant to make cars and trucks ever since.
These tanks are almost complete, they are installing a jet engine in them, they are hand crank, which I thought was interesting. Down the line they will put on treads, the turret and shoot a bit of that new tank smell and its complete. The factory built a number of models, these are M-3, 28 ton machines, but were still considered medium.
The people were at the very back and one in the center. There is a pile of what looks like grocery bags on the right on a table. And a Pepsi barrel can on the floor as well.
