Artist's Description
Life always looks simpler in the county during winter. There are no plants to harvest, simply a lot less work. The only thing on your list is feeding animals with the last season's harvest. But that's about it, and at least its not that hot and there are no bugs.
In the moments you aren't working on something, there is always time to contemplate on life, staring off into that white blinding abyss, then walking into the door frame when you realize you can no longer see.
You can watch your children play in the snow, build a snow man, then watch the mini snow storm under that tree as squirrels come out and start shaking the branches.
Then you realize your barn leans a lot more than you remember, but then think, that's OK, its supposed to do that in the country.
About Mike Savad

My name is Mike Savad, I create one of a kind images. Photo realistic, is what people think of first. I specialize in job themes, such as Pharmacist, Doctor, Firemen, Lawyer, etc. Steampunk is another favorite. I'm certain you will find something that you will like. My art is inspired by Norman Rockwell and Paintings from the time of the Renaissance. Be sure to visit my Scene in Color section. I expertly restore and colorize black and white images. See the past come alive with color. Each image is painstakingly cleaned and repaired, colors are researched and shaded in. Images are designed to coordinate with the rest of my collection. The past was far more colorful than you would have imagined. Want something fun to do? Sometimes I hide...
