Description
This is Santa's workshop, a place that both very beautiful, but also very cold. Its a place that everyone wants to go to, but due to the cold climate no one really wants to stay.
Santa Claus has an interesting history that many don't know about. Did you know he is Jewish? That's right, his real name is Santawski Rabinowitz, Moishe to his friends. He was a very good tradesman and accountant. He always kept the books straight and always under budget. Yet he can still afford to to hire thousands of employee's to build toys. He pays them in snow. I know it seems silly since they are surrounded by snow, but they aren't allowed outside, well they can go, but they have no jackets, and they would freeze. So he pays them in snow.
It takes an entire year to build enough toys for all the gentile girls, and all the gentile boys, but in the end its worth it. Or its not, kids today have no interest in wooden toys, they like big electronic games, which he can't provide.
No one really knows when his name changed, my guess is they couldn't spell it, so it was shortened to what we see today. Through translation errors, or just creative naming, we now know him as Santa Claus.
