Remember when you were a little kid, and you would run over to your friends house, ring the bell and see if he wanted to play?
That's what these kids are doing. Some have a jump rope ready, others will probably play stick ball, tag, ring around the rosie and any other kid played back in the 1940s. You don't see that as much today though, kids are sheltered at home and its rare to see kids on the street without an adult, and a playdate schedule, and possible even on a leash of some kind. I still think its weird that they make leashes for kids.
