This is a moon jellyfish, recognized by its translucent body with exposed genitalia. Of course being pretty much transparent means that everyone see's everything, but jellyfish don't judge so it doesn't matter to them.
To be a jellyfish, means that you have a squishy body that just wanders the sea, the current taking them where it takes them. Small animals get trapped in their tendrils, and are then stung to death. As long as a human doesn't touch them, they are fairly harmless.
