Location: Washington DC
I couldn't find the exact service cars they used, but did find Bell trucks and they were all painted a light green. So maybe they are the same? Pretty sure the jump suit would be blue. The manager looks a bit out of place, but his hands are dirty, so he's one of them.
The lighting was a large flash, there might have been one on the ceiling as well, as it looks really bright there.
The floor looks dangerously slippery, or they have a leak in the roof.
