This was an exhibit in the Lincoln park zoo in Chicago. I don't know when it was removed, but it was considered a cruel way to display bears, you can tell they don't look all that happy. That polar bear at the bottom looks real sad. I don't know if they replaced it with a different bear exhibit or just left it out. While I did try to use google maps to walk around, the only thing that was recognizable was some of the fencing.
