This is the Victoria Hotel, but it was originally called the Beaurivage, built in 1878. It was one of the first "French Flat" buildings in the city, they were essentially luxury apartments. In its day it was also known as the Beaurivage Bachelor Apartments. But it burned down in 1882 and was rebuilt in 1892. It was then remodeled in this building, it however didn't live long, as they demolished it in 1908.
