Location: 744 Montgomery St San Francisco, CA
I think they took this picture because the site at the end of the block just got a historic marker, it was later torn down though to make room for the Transamerica Pyramid. Otherwise its a documentary shot from a street that still has all its buildings intact.
The area is Italian right now, a number of buildings show that. So I used colors that had an Italian feel to it, also blending in earth tones.
A note you might see references to the NRA stood for National Recovery Administration
