Nothing beats a good pecan pie, it's my favorite of all pies. It contains mostly pecans and goo. You need the goo to keep the pecans in place. Because this pie has nuts, its healthy, nuts are healthy. They never said where the nuts have to be to share their wealth of nutrition. The goo however, the ruling is still out on the health benefits.
