It was bound to happen sooner or later, science can bring some really weird results sometimes, or a real night-mare as it were.
But police always wanting the cutting edge were the first to adopt them. Mounted police, part horse, part man. A strange combo, but if you think about it, it really isn't. They have all the dexterity of a human, if you don't need hands, but it can run like a horse. It can kick really well, and it doesn't need cleaning up after. And best of all, it eats oats. real easy to work with.
