In today's modern society, there are many stresses. Curing them takes time and effort. Medicines don't always work. However there are many new forms of therapy. As we can see in this example, this man is undergoing what we like to call - scarf treatment. He knits a scarf continuously until all his rage is cured.
As you can see its quite effective, he looks practically normal, and will soon be able to join society a new man.

It is excellent, I would have said though that it was a recuperation centre for wounded soldiers; seeing that it is dated 1917. In fact the main subject does have a resemblance to Adolf Hitler.
