This is a steam condenser and extraction unit. It's a modern system that allows a user to depressurize a system, it drains both the water and the steam, then allows you to reuse the water for later use. Its a very efficient system.
In the past, it had to be done manually, it was labor intensive, it required skilled people to handle the job. But with this device, all you need to do is set it once and then just walk away, and its all done automatically.
