I am pretty certain this is the correct address, every source placed this street in a different location. But one pointed out that the building on the right was removed and replaced with another hotel. And that was traceable to that location above.
The scene is very dark muddy, I assume it's a cloudy or overcast day. Brightening it up took some time, as I made it brighter, all these scratches showed up which took longer to remove.
I'm 80% certain this location was colorful. The buildings were built only 20 years prior, I'm betting they still have the original paint on it. And the gray tones were different so I think there was a lot of color. The postcards were of no help at all, each had different colors.
If you look carefully in the window straight ahead there is a guy in there staring back from the shadows, hidden in the reflection, along with a bottle of booze on the sill. It's a bit creepy because he kind of looks like a Civil war soldier.
