Description
The violin is a classical instrument, made of thin curvaceous wood. Invented hundreds of years ago. When played well, it brings a tear to every eye in the house. When played poorly, it scares away animals, and sounds like many cats tied together.
While typically the violin is played in an orchestra, it can also be played in a hoedown. But in more common terms, its called a fiddle, the only real difference is that the music is more of an upbeat tempo, and it doesn't bring tears to your eyes unless large Marjorie stomps on your foot in one of the dances.
